Managing your rose subscription

Subscription payments repeat at the frequency you select until cancellation. The recurring amount and delivery frequency are shown before you subscribe.

You can request a pause, skip, change or cancellation through the subscription controls provided or by emailing info@theroselondon.com before your next payment is processed. We will confirm changes.

An order already paid for or being prepared is handled under our refund policy. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help where preparation and dispatch allow.

Any future change to recurring prices will be notified before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed charge. A change to a displayed website price does not by itself change an existing subscription agreement.
