London hand delivery
Our own in-house drivers deliver your roses by hand in selected London postcodes: W12, W6, W4, SW13, SW11, SW6, SW1, W1, W14, W8, SW14, SW5, SW3, W2, W11, W5 and W13, including the relevant W1 and SW1 districts. Check your full delivery postcode when ordering.
Order before 3 pm, London time, for eligible same-day delivery. All same-day London deliveries will arrive by 8 pm. Choose your requested delivery date in the cart, then enter your full address and postcode once at checkout. Timed slots are not offered at checkout. If you need a particular time, please contact info@theroselondon.com or +44 7757 733506 before placing your order so we can arrange it with you.
Delivery across Great Britain
Outside our London hand-delivery area, bouquets are carefully packed in protective presentation boxes. Order before 3 pm for next-day delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales. Scotland requires two-day delivery: please allow at least two days before your desired arrival date. Available dates and postcode restrictions apply.
We currently deliver within Great Britain only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or international destinations. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we cover your address.
Delivery charges and order details
For one-time orders, London hand delivery is free on orders of £100 or more, otherwise £8.99. Great Britain courier delivery is £8.99. Final charges are confirmed at checkout. Please check the recipient’s full address, postcode, contact details and requested date carefully, and add useful access instructions. Roses should be placed in water promptly on arrival using the care guide supplied.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about the next steps and agree any additional charge before arranging it. If we cannot meet an agreed date, we will contact you promptly. Your legal rights where delivery is late, goods are lost or an essential agreed date is missed are unaffected.
